Mathew Jacob is a Senior at EY with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Raspberry Pi. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Currently, he is working as a Senior- TTT in the Tax Technology and Transformation division of EY. Before joining EY, Mathew worked as a Senior Executive in Key Account Management at Olam Spices. He was responsible for market development in retail and food service, handling existing client accounts, initiating business development talks, project management for clients, service monitoring, internal MIS update, prototype development, and participation in food fairs. He has experience in developing strategic offerings targeted at retail chains using product range and services standards which are currently not offered by mainstream brands under private label to supermarkets. His domain expertise lies in retail and food service customers in the UK, Europe, and Americas. Mathew started his career as a Trainee Underwriter at Allianz Cornhill. He has a diverse educational background, including a PGDM in Systems Operations and Marketing from SCMS Group of Institutions, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from IGNOU. He has also completed a Nanodegree in AI Programming with Python from Udacity. Mathew's technical skills include AI, ML, and infra. He is passionate about Raspberry Pi and has experience working with it. Mathew is a proactive learner and has a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
